LB Civil constructed major storm drain improvements along the I-8 corridor, including new underground pipelines and drainage structures. A key element of the project involved tunneling beneath Interstate 8 to install the storm drain system while minimizing impacts to freeway operations. The work also included compaction grouting to stabilize and strengthen the surrounding ground. This project demonstrates our ability to safely perform complex underground construction in challenging conditions while coordinating work around critical transportation infrastructure.
